These results represent only a small selection of the cases we've won for our clients.

Gerald Tyler Law Firm successfully defended a reinsurance broker in a breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud lawsuit brought by a Latin American cedant company. After a nearly three-week trial, a jury returned a verdict in favor of our client, the defendant. Furthermore, our client was awarded almost $1 million USD in our counterclaim against cedant.

We represented the former dean of a major law school before a federal jury in a complex breach of contract and business fraud trial. The case involved multiple European defendants (France, Luxembourg, England, and Gibraltar) and ownership of innovative patent technology. We obtained for our client a multi-million dollar verdict, as well as the defendants having been held responsible for the plaintiff’s attorneys’ fees and costs. Furthermore, our client was awarded ownership of underlying patents.

Gerald Tyler represented a client in her insurance coverage lawsuit against two insurance companies who breached the insurance policy. Mr. Gerald won the case with the verdict of approximately $1 million USD for our client.

Our law firm was successful in its representation of a doctor against a medical clinic for breach of Professional Services Agreement and tortious interference with the doctor’s business relationship with a neighboring hospital. We defended the doctor against claims of an alleged breach of a non-compete agreement and won a judgment in favor of our client inclusive of attorneys’ fees and costs.

Attorney Gerald Tyler represented multiple plaintiffs in a race discrimination lawsuit against a multinational telecommunications corporation in federal court. The jury found in favor of Mr. Geralds' clients and awarded a verdict in excess of the award asked for in closing against the defendant. The case later settled on favorable terms for clients.

Gerald Tyler dutifully represented a doctor in a commission dispute/breach of contract against a pediatric clinic and secured a favorable result for the client.

Our firm successfully represented a reinsurance broker in its federal lawsuit against a Lloyd’s of London reinsurance syndicate for its failure to cover insured.

In a federal court jury trial Gerald Tyler Law Firm represented the plaintiff, an interim executive director, who alleged gender discrimination, retaliation, and defamation against a government entity. Our attorneys won the jury verdict in favor of our client who was awarded damages as well as attorneys’ fees and costs.

Business attorney, Gerald Tyler, was hired by a client in a breach of contract claim against an export finance and business credit consulting corporation and also against a corporation that provided management and operations service for factories in the world’s emerging markets (oil, gas, and power agro-business, communications and aviation industries). He won a significant judgment in favor of the client.

Mr. Gerald Tyler stood counsel on behalf of a former police officer in an employment dispute against a municipality in a federal court jury trial. The jury found in favor of our client against the municipality.
